  • A 4 hour course for busy senior executives. The objective is for the SRO Candidate to leave with a knowledge of what is required of a SRO.
  • Content focused on key SRO required areas of knowledge, role and accountabilities, qualities required, and ensuring project supports organisations objectives.
  • Further reading and resources will be signposted.

  • An 8 hour course.  Learning Outcome is a SRO Candidate who has a knowledge of what is required of a SRO. The SRO Candidate may require further guidance and mentoring from their Project Manager and PMO on controlling a project.
  • Content focused on qualities of a ‘Extremely Effective SRO’, key SRO required areas of knowledge, Communications, Major Projects Authority and Cabinet Office Governance, Programme and Project Methodologies and Delivery Lifecycles
